By having a monitored intruder or fire alarm system you are ensuring that your property is watched over 24 hours a day 7 days a week. Monitoring has a wide range of applications including commercial, industrial, government and residential.
Safeguard Security provides a remote monitoring service around the clock. This includes the monitoring of alarms, hold up / duress, fire alarms, medical alarm, environmental, closed circuit television, building management, and integrated security systems. When an alarm is activated, Safeguard operators will immediately notify the emergency services in the event of a fire, break-in, hold up, or medical.
Keyholders and building managers are also notified to ensure that the premises is secure after an incident and to ensure that action is taken in the event of an incident.
Safeguard also carry out environmental monitoring, monitoring air conditioner temperatures, freezers, generators, chillers, water and oil overflow, CCTV monitoring of sewers, drains, generators, machinery, etc.

Is your alarm monitored?
Your alarm may be monitored but who is going to respond to the alarm when the monitoring centre informs you of a problem early hours of the morning?
Safeguard can provide a speedy and effective response to the alarm checking the security of your premises and ensuring all doors and windows are secure. Should there be signs of forced entry, police and designated after hours contacts are notified.

Safeguard Patrol Services delivers alarm response and patrol services through its national network of mobile patrol vehicles and its network of accredited partners and sub-contractors.
Patrol officers may be requested to attend your site for a number of reasons, including:On attendance to your premises the Patrol officer will undertake one of the following:
Level 1: External Alarm Response (No keys are held for the premises) The Patrol Officer will:
Alarm Attendance - If a Security Breach is Detected
Should the Patrol officer on attendance to the premises detect a security breach the Patrol Officer will;

Safeguard Patrol and Response Services has a large fleet of Mobile Patrol vehicles nationally, servicing all state metropolitan and regional areas through the use of our accredited partners and sub-contractors.
With these resources we are able to respond to alarm requests promptly; however delays may be experienced due to exceptional circumstances and resources being shared with other customers.
In these cases Safeguard shall endeavor to keep you informed and provide an ad-hoc solution. In the unlikely event that the delay exceeds 60 minutes from the time of receipt of a request for an alarm response, Safeguard will not invoice you for the response.
