Email Alarm / Event Notification

Safeguard Security's monitoring centre is equipped with a sophisticated reporting system that will send automated emails in PDF, TXT, DOC, RTF, CSV, and XLS format directly to your email, daily, weekly, fortnightly or monthly and at a time specified by the client.

This feature is part of our monitoring services and is available to all monitored clients are no extra cost. The reports and delivery times can be customized according to your requirements.

All reports are customized to your requirements, ie: late or early to open, opening times, closing times, alarm response, hold, fire and medical alarms, unauthorized entry, or all events with operator comments, and much more.
