This is what makes Safeguard Security unique and different from the rest. No matter what time or day, you will have access to technical centre 24 hours, 365 days per annum. If we cannot resolve the problem over the phone, we will send our technician out to fix the problem immediately.
Our monitoring centre will transfer the call immediately to our technical division who will then try to resolve the problem over the phone or dispatch our technician.
What do you do when your security monitoring centre says at 1am, we cannot do anything until tomorrow or you will have to phone during business hours and make a booking or worse of all, we do not specialize in electronics, we only monitor your security system.
If a technician is dispatched and the problem cannot be fixed at that time, Safeguard Electronics is able to arrange to provide random patrols or an on-site security officer until staff arrive onsite in the morning.
