In engaging the services of a Safeguard Security Patrols, you become part of a group of customers who share the available time of a patrol officer. Whilst you will enjoy the economies from sharing the cost of the patrol officer and marked vehicle, there could be times when the officer may be required to remain at other premises. For instance, the Patrol Officer may have detected an intrusion and is required to remain on site whilst support arrives, eg. the police.
Similarly, there may be exceptional circumstances, beyond our control, that hinder the patrol officer in the execution of their duties. Examples include extreme weather conditions, motor vehicle accidents, abnormally high alarm response delays, temporary road closures and broken keys.
Safeguard will endeavor to ensure that services are carried out to your premises no matter what the situation. As a last resource, Safeguard will make use of our accredited partners or sub-contractors to check on the premises and or respond to your alarm.
