| Avery Visitor Management |

Avery Visitor Management (also known as Avery VMS) is a digital system that enables your company to register visitors, print badges and keep a digital log of all traffic through the premises. This system utilises computers with Windows 2000 or above and a standard desktop printer. This system is the next level up from a manual sign in sheet for visitors. Using this system promotes efficient management and provides a professional image. |
A Picture of Simplicity
The system has three modes, the first of which is the Visitor Mode. When in Visitor Mode, the visitor is asked to sign themselves in and print a photo ID badge using three simple steps. When in this mode, the system is locked and the visitor is unable to gain access to personal computer files.
The second mode is the Attendant Mode. The attendant can sign in all visitors and also has the ability to pre-register any visitors by importing their data. There is also a feature to export data straight through to an Excel spreadsheet. The attendant is able to manage the system by using the digital log and report features.
The third mode is the Administrator Mode where the system is customised, the badges designed and where the system set up is completed. This system can be networked for use at multiple entrance points.
A great feature of the system is the emergency report. When this feature is activated, a report is printed off of all the visitors in the building. This list is also emailed to a designated external computer.
Alternatively, ID Now is an Australian designed, fully customisable stand alone identification software package. ID Now is a user friendly, great value software package which offers multiple and unlimited data base facilities. Technical support and upgrades are readily available.

System Requirements:
Barcode scanner, Web camera, Inkjet photo printer, Computer and monitor, OCR card reader (optional).
Windows® 2000 or Windows® XP (Windows® XP recommended), Intel Pentium III, IV, or equivalent, (P4 recommended) 512MB of RAM, 64MB Video RAM, 250MB free hard disk space for the Photo ID System and 150KB free hard disk space per badge with photo or 5KB without photo. 3-4 powered USB ports (depending on printer/scanner options).
