Service Call

To request a service call please complete the form below and include the following information in the details section:

  • Your Address
  • Preferred Time and Date
  • Security System Type (ie: alarm system, access control, intercom, cctv, etc)
  • Brand if known (ie: Concept, Tecom, NX, Paradox, etc)
  • and the problem you are experiencing.

Our service division will contact you shortly after your submission to confirm your booking and provide you with a cost in which is required to be paid on the day by cheque or credit card (online only). On most ocassions we are able to provide support over the phone to resolve the issue. Phone support is only offered to existing clients and is FREE, new clients are to book in a service call as we have no records of your systems.
